REFERRING A COMPANY

When Referring a Water Damage Company these are the important things to check for in advance:

1. Make sure the company has an Active License (you can do that through the CSLB website)

2. Proper Liability Insurance

3. Proper Bonding for License

4. Workman's Compensation if the company has employees

5. Past the four points above it would also be a good idea to either meet the owner(s) or know the workers or have an ongoing working relationship. This way one KNOWS who they are sending to the client's home.
